A focused monthly export workflow

Rubrikator connects supported Shopify data, the selected month and a downloadable DATEV import file.

1. Connect the Shopify store

Install Rubrikator and grant the Shopify access required for the supported monthly accounting export.

2. Select the month

Choose the monthly accounting period whose supported Shopify data should be prepared.

3. Prepare the data

Rubrikator prepares the supported Shopify data for the selected monthly period.

4. Create the file

Generate and download the DATEV import file.

5. Hand the file to your accounting team

Your accounting team reviews and imports the file. Rubrikator prepares the export; it does not perform direct posting, bank reconciliation or tax filing.
